Homestead U is a property management company specializing in upscale student housing across the U.S. When we met Homestead, their marketing department was stretched to capacity, and they had determined a need to outsource some of their operations to focus on big picture initiatives and expand their interactions with prospective residents on the local level.
In addition to saving them time by executing weekly e-blasts and monthly SEM campaigns, we introduced them to targeted digital display advertising. We began geofencing competitors using display messages that were property specific. This strategy gave Homestead a tactical market advantage while increasing traffic to Homestead property websites.
Within their first year working with Follow The Eyes, their average site traffic doubled from the previous year and the average time users spent on their page tripled.
The Simon Kenton Council oversees the Boy Scout and Cub Scout Packs in the Central Ohio area. Their primary marketing objective is for recruitment purposes. They have a specific target audience: parents of children from the ages of 6-8 years old.
With our specialized digital marketing approach, our plan included serving ads around parenting and outdoor adventuring content on the web and in strategic locations like family fun centers, schools, and sporting complexes. A “Learn More” landing page was created to direct new website traffic to a resource page that included a form fill application to capture contact information of interested parents.
Almost immediately, they increased their web traffic by 50 percent. The “Learn More” page became the second most visited page of their website, and the client reported that membership and brand awareness increased since launching this campaign.
