Alliance Cancer Care of Colorado was looking for assistance in generating more web traffic and creating awareness for their unique skin cancer treatment capabilities. They partnered with Follow The Eyes to create a complex digital strategy that would complement their traditional marketing. They saw immediate growth in web traffic, and we now work with more than 15 of their locations throughout the country. We execute custom targeted strategies for each unique location based on services offered, patient demographics, and online behaviors.
They have seen increased web traffic, new patients, and more physician referrals because of their digital efforts. Our strong business relationship with Alliance Oncology is due to achieving goals, transparency, flexibility, and our ability to change and optimize their campaigns in real time. Our scope of work for this client includes research, custom audience building, copywriting, graphic design, and a complex targeted digital/mobile advertising strategy.
Immediate Health Associates operates urgent care centers in Central Ohio. They operate in a competitive and unpredictable environment as their business is related to urgent healthcare needs. Therefore, it is important for them to maintain brand recall with consumers who will go to a healthcare provider they recognize, is convenient, and is reputable when in need of their services.
We created a strategy to position their urgent cares as experts in healthcare by creating educational social media posts and email marketing.
The messaging in digital ads are around health issues that they’re seeing seasonally at their centers; for example, the flu in the winter and poison ivy in the summer. With the ease and ability of quickly changing digital ad creative, we can create advertising around what illnesses or infections are currently “going around.”
Their social media following has increased 350 percent since the start of our social media efforts. They have also increased their monthly web traffic by 900 percent since beginning their partnership with us. The client reports seeing steady business even in seasonal times, like the summer, that have historically been slow.
In early 2017, The Hearing Clinic was a single office audiology practice located in Denver. By mid 2017, they acquired three new offices and needed marketing assistance and a rebranding strategy.
The Hearing Clinic offers potential patients an opportunity to “Test Drive” their hearing aids for a week. If they are not a good fit, they can return them with no questions asked. This opportunity is a unique chance to reach new patients on the fence about getting hearing aids that would change their lives. Our comprehensive marketing approach ties this messaging together between television, online video, and social media, so The Hearing Clinic is known as the place to get your “Test Drive” for hearing aids.
In addition, we utilize social media as a platform to educate, introduce new technology, and connect with individuals who may be experiencing hearing loss. Their social media following increased by 300 percent in the first six months of working with us.
They have seen growth in new patients at all four offices since partnering with us. Our scope of work for this client includes research, data analysis, traditional media buying, copywriting, graphic design, video production, and social media.
Westar OB/GYN came to us with a goal of connecting with more prenatal patients BEFORE they were pregnant. After scratching our heads as to how we could determine this, we found they had a fantastic opportunity to start a social media conversation with potential new parents! There were multiple ways we could target pre-prenatal mothers through digital and social media based on their online research and behaviors.
We use social media to virtually introduce prospective patients to the doctors and educate them on their potential new pregnancy. After identifying a unique specialty of theirs, the ability to perform a vaginal birth after a C-Section birth, we were able to target another segment of women who were potential patients even though they already had their first child.
Westar OB/GYN increased their social media following by 50 percent within the first four months of working with Follow The Eyes and continues to reach an average of 8,000 people per month with their social media strategy.
Northstar Family Dental is not your typical dentist’s office. Their all-female staff of doctors cater to the busy woman who cares about her health and beauty! While practicing general dentistry, they also offer extended services like teeth whitening, Invisalign, and Botox. They needed a strategy to grow their brand awareness and patient base.
First, we identified two segments of patients: moms and upscale women with beauty/health interests. Then, we identified the top geographies of their current patients, giving us a specific area to target their digital advertising. We compiled a list of keywords to target consumers who were showing behaviors of looking for a new dentist. Now, we consistently create ads to appeal to their two primary patient segments.
Northstar Family Dental saw 40 percent lift in their website entrances the very first month they started working with us. Entrances have continued to increase over the previous year every month since, now at 80 percent increased traffic from the previous year. Their practice has grown so much that they are now opening a second location.
Heathrow Chiropractic is one of the longest standing chiropractic offices in the Lake Mary area. They specialize in general chiropractic care, massage therapy, and auto accident or slip and fall recovery. When we met with Heathrow Chiropractic, they expressed their desire to go further into auto accident recovery cases. They also felt there was an opportunity for growth with the Hispanic population in their area.
To achieve these goals, we created an aggressive search engine marketing campaign to ensure that when someone is searching for a chiropractor specializing in either general care or auto accident injuries, they would be easily discovered. We also built a digital display campaign that targeted a 15-mile radius around the doctor’s office, reaching individuals who may be researching information after an auto accident and Hispanics.
Since working with us, Heathrow Chiropractic continually sees significant increases in new auto accident injury cases and has grown their patient base within the Hispanic community.
