Follow The Eyes is a growing digital marketing agency searching for another Digital Strategist for our Ad Operations Department.
Our new team member will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and reporting on KPIs within Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic Digital Ads, which includes display banners, Connected TV, and Google Ads.
Experience in Paid Social Media ads via Facebook, Instagram, and/or LinkedIn is required. Experience in Google Ads or a programmatic ad platform is preferred. On-the-job training for programmatic trading platforms is available and included.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive worker who can optimize advertising campaigns based on KPIs, is comfortable handling marketing budgets in multiple monthly campaigns simultaneously, and effectively communicates with clients and internal teams about managed campaigns.

The Director of Business Development is responsible for all sales and marketing activities, including prospecting, lead generation and qualification, relationship development, consultation, and presentation of agency services.
Once a new client is onboarded, the Director of Business Development serves as the agency’s catalyst for implementing and achieving the client’s tactical marketing plan by working with internal team members and external client personnel to determine campaign goals, expectations, and evaluation methods.
This position is primarily responsible for the initiation and execution of all marketing, creative, media, and research projects for future and existing clients.
Must have experience in media sales or advertising agency sales.
