Content Writer

Follow The Eyes is a growing, full-service marketing agency searching for a Content Writer as a new part of our team.

 

Our new team member will be responsible for writing social media content, website content, blog posts, and other various forms of writing for our clients.

 

Experience in Public Relations, Communications, English, or Marketing is required.

 

Key Daily Responsibilities:

  • Create monthly social media content calendars for 20+ clients of all different industries
  • Create social media graphic requests to our creative department that align and assist captions
  • Coordinate with clients and account management team month-over-month to understand each accounts’ goals and initiatives and include them in the subsequent monthly social media content calendars
  • Proofread and edit all social media content calendars and other written forms of agency and client content
  • Schedule all social media content by account
  • Assist with ad copy, TV scripts, proposal content, website content, and other forms as needed
  • Collaborate with our strategy team to develop intentional outcomes and measurable performance in the appropriate forms of content writing

 

Requirements:

  • 2-year or 4-year degree in Public Relations, Communications, English, or Marketing
  • Strong grammar and proofreading skills
  • Strong written marketing skills for varied short-form and long-form content

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Thoughtful use of written tone to match different client voices
  • Experience in writing multitude of lengths from longform website content to social media captions
  • Basic analysis of key organic social media KPI’s to work toward client goals and test new performance ideas
  • Experience with Hootsuite

Digital Advertising Strategist

Follow The Eyes is a growing digital marketing agency searching for another Digital Strategist for our Ad Operations Department.

 

Our new team member will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and reporting on KPIs within Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic Digital Ads, which includes display banners, Connected TV, and Google Ads.

 

Experience in Paid Social Media ads via Facebook, Instagram, and/or LinkedIn is required. Experience in Google Ads or a programmatic ad platform is preferred. On-the-job training for programmatic trading platforms is available and included.

 

Our ideal candidate is a proactive worker who can optimize advertising campaigns based on KPIs, is comfortable handling marketing budgets in multiple monthly campaigns simultaneously, and effectively communicates with clients and internal teams about managed campaigns.

 

Key Daily Responsibilities:

  • Create, review, optimize and report on assigned Paid Social Campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Work within our Programmatic Trading Platform to launch, manage, and report on assigned display, CTV and/or Google Ads campaigns
  • Accountable for reviewing campaign performance and answering questions about campaigns externally to clients & internally to account managers
  • Creative trafficking & uploading within assigned campaigns
  • Work within and keep even pace with assigned monthly campaign budgets for any and all paid accounts managed
  • Organize, operate, and report on client campaigns using our digital dashboard technology
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail exercised to keep pace with internal tracking documents for key workflows, including ad copy, budgets, and campaign flight dates.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-year or 4-year degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, paid Instagram ads, and/or LinkedIn ads required
  • Comfortable with routine numerical calculations and experience working within a budget
  • Effective, professional communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Effective organization and independent time management skills

  • Experience using a Demand-Side Platform, programmatic advertising campaigns, and/or Google Ads

The Director of Business Development is responsible for all sales and marketing activities, including prospecting, lead generation and qualification, relationship development, consultation, and presentation of agency services.

Once a new client is onboarded, the Director of Business Development serves as the agency’s catalyst for implementing and achieving the client’s tactical marketing plan by working with internal team members and external client personnel to determine campaign goals, expectations, and evaluation methods.

This position is primarily responsible for the initiation and execution of all marketing, creative, media, and research projects for future and existing clients.

Must have experience in media sales or advertising agency sales.
