Graphic Designer

Follow the Eyes is a marketing agency searching for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services Department!

Follow the Eyes is a tight-knit group of peers who is looking for a candidate who will easily fit into our company culture that values a get-it-done mentality, family, and continuous improvement.



  • Design and develop exceptional creative, such as digital ads, web graphics, logos, email marketing components, print pieces, and more, that meet clients’ brand guidelines
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Implement design trends and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques
  • Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
  • Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to other creative team members


  • A minimum of an Associate’s degree in graphic design or relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years’ graphic design experience, particularly with but not limited to web design, digital display, or social media
  • Portfolio showing strong creative, design, and software skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills

Preferred skills:

  • Knowledge of web development and search engine optimization best practices
  • Experience working in WordPress and Shopify
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
  • A strong understanding of design, copy, and web practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet pressing deadlines
  • Knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models


Business Development Directors

The Director of Business Development is responsible for all sales and marketing activities, including prospecting, lead generation and qualification, relationship development, consultation, and presentation of agency services.

Once a new client is onboarded, the Director of Business Development serves as the agency’s catalyst for implementing and achieving the client’s tactical marketing plan by working with internal team members and external client personnel to determine campaign goals, expectations, and evaluation methods.

This position is primarily responsible for the initiation and execution of all marketing, creative, media, and research projects for future and existing clients.

Must have experience in media sales or advertising agency sales.
